YOU’RE GOING TO H0LLAND!

We are so pleased you’ve decided to allow your child/children to have this amazing opportunity and play in Holland next year! We are really excited as a club to offer this experience and add another amazing memory for them and their football journey.

This trip is organised by both FOF and FOFFC and is not for any kind of profit. This is an experience put together with the time and dedication of volunteers and staff from FOF.


Below are the full details of the trip once again before you put across your £50pp deposit per person.

1 parent/Guardian must be in attendance with their own child unless FOF are told otherwise. E.g - you may have 2 friends that you’ve agreed will be under the supervision of an agreed adult. This will be required in writing to FOF.

The price of £420 pp is dependent on us raising a minimum of 150 people and paying deposits before 31st October. FOFFC will not be able to take any responsibility for a change in price if the above is not met. Arranging this trip is of course a big task, the situation and numbers are moving all of the time so we would appreciate your understanding in this moving situation. If for any reason the trip price changes, you will of course be informed with the option of a refund. As it stands we have the trip on the price stated.

Team expectations from parents? The answer here is…Please don’t have any! This is first and foremost about ensuring the players who have signed up to go to holland - go to holland! Our players having a great experience and playing against teams from Europe is our priority. FOF will pull together teams as close as possible to current FOFFC teams that’s the easiest and fairest way - this is of course dependant on who’s attending the trip. Teams may have a handful of players playing up or coming from JPL teams to make up squad numbers. The alternative is a team may not be able to go.

There is an opportunity for a few more players to come on board after the 31st October and if required we will advertise. These new additions will however most likely pay the non discounted rate of £480 pp.

Tournament Highlights:

The Holland Cup is organised by FC Almere, AS'80, ASC Waterwijk and Sporting Almere with the active support of the city of Almere. Sports Grounds: The Tournament is played at four modern sports parks, all situated around the centre of Almere. The sports park has five to eight fields and a beautiful clubhouse with a big canteen and terrace. and plenty of parking facilities. Minimum of 5 matches are played with a duration of 2 x 15 minutes each way.

PARTICIPATING COUNTRIES: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, England, Scotland, Sweden

Saturday Morning: Kick-off of the tournament across four large sports parks in Almere. Matches will be officiated by referees from the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB).

Sunday: Qualification matches and finals, followed by an UEFA respect ceremony and official prize-giving event on the podium 🏅.
-Monday: Sadly, it’s time to head home - but with fantastic memories and experiences to last a lifetime! 💛

Costs:
We’ve managed to get the cost down to £420pp providing all deposits (£50) are in by the 26th October. That’s nearly £80 cheaper pp than we originally thought. This was switching to a different campsite which looks just as amazing

Accommodation Details:
Prices are based on 4 and 6 berth lodges.
Groups of 2 or 3 people will be required to share accommodation (we will do our best to place families together where requested).

If you prefer your own private lodge, an empty bed supplement of £189 per unfilled bed will apply.
Example: If your group has 3 people and you want a private 4-berth lodge, you would need to pay for all 4 spaces.

If you are a pair or trio and are happy to share, we recommend you arrange who you would like to share with-our aim is to fill each lodge fully to avoid supplements.

Meal Option:
An optional Half Board meal plan (breakfast and dinner) is available at £64 per person for 3 nights.

Travel Information:

Leaving Friday 3rd April - time TBC
Luxury coach travel and Dover–Calais ferry crossing are included.
The coach will remain with our group throughout the trip, providing transport to and from the tournament each day.

PAY YOUR DEPOSIT:

Please pay £50 per bed for your party by tomorrow evening 9pm (29th October 25)

IMPORTANT: AS DETAILED ABOVE - IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO SHARE AND WOULD LIKE YOUR OWN 4 OR 6 BED LODGE - YOU MUST PAY DEPOSITS FOR ANY EMPTY BEDS. e.g- if you are a party of 2 and want your own lodge you would need to pay an additional £100 in deposits.
